Who it's for
For those who find it hard to start
NieZamulaj is for people who find it hard to get going with anything. Sometimes a small reward (like a sticker) or a bigger one (that you choose) is what helps you take that first small step.
Adults
When it's hard to get moving, one small sticker on a board can change your whole mindset. Don't believe it? Give it a try.
Children
Adding a sticker shows right away that something worked. Cute pictures make the board their own.
The whole family
Get everyone at home involved and add a bit of friendly competition.
